Wishing you a joyful New Year 2025! I trust this blog reaches you in good spirits, from my home to yours. This Christmas was the quietest I've ever experienced. I remained at home, preparing some General Tso's chicken over white rice, accompanied by butterflied shrimp with sweet chili sauce.
